Our pre-cooked individually wrapped pattie is popular at convenience stores and the neighborhood grocer.  It is a self-serve item that is prepared in 1 to 1 1/2 minutes in a microwave oven.  Packed in a display tray for easy access, the product is stored in a freezer.
